COVID-19 vaccinations

You can get a COVID vaccine in the following ways:

  • Attend a walk-in COVID vaccination clinic
    • 1st dose:  aged 16+
    • 2nd dose:  aged 16-17  (12+ weeks after 1st), aged 18+  (8+ weeks after 1st)
    • Booster dose:  aged 40+, aged 16-39 with a high risk condition, front-line health & social care workers, carers, adult household contacts of immunosupressed patients  (182+ days after 2nd)
  • Visit the NHS National Booking Service or call 119
    • 1st dose:  aged 12+
    • 2nd dose:  aged 16-17  (12+ weeks after 1st), aged 18+  (8+ weeks after 1st)
    • 3rd dose:  (8+ weeks after 2nd)
      • for severely immunosupressed patients ONLY
    • Booster dose:  aged 40+, aged 16-39 with a high risk condition, front-line health & social care workers, carers, adult household contacts of immunosupressed patients  (182+ days after 2nd)
  • Contact the Manchester Care Gateway 8am – 6pm weekdays on 0800 092 4020 or 0161 947 0770 (they can also arrange a free taxi for any patients who are struggling with transport)
