GP access, A&E and NHS111

The surgery is still open and here for you. We continue to provide services as we have been doing throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. If you need medical advice or treatment, please complete an online form and send us your query or give us a call.

Appointments are being delivered face-to-face, by telephone, via video call or by messaging to your mobile, tablet or computer – the practice team will assess what is most appropriate for you and if you have a preference you can discuss this with them.

If you need urgent medical help but it’s not life-threatening, please make sure you use NHS111 instead of going straight to A&E.

You can contact NHS111 by visiting or by calling 111.

If you need to go to A&E, NHS111 will book you an arrival time.
This will mean you spend less time waiting in A&E and helps with social distancing.

NHS111 is also able to book appointments at Urgent Treatment Centres, GP surgeries, pharmacies, emergency dental services and walk-in clinics.

Remember, if you or someone you know has a life-threatening illness or injury then you should still call 999 immediately.
