Changes to online requests & text messaging

From Thursday 27th August, our online request forms & text messaging services are changing.

These will now be provided by PATCHS & are directly accessible through the NHS App, as well as on our website.

NHS App users may have already noticed these new options, which are currently greyed-out until we go-live.

Patients will be able to login to PATCHS using their NHS login, by creating a PATCHS account, or as a guest.

The advantage of using your NHS login or creating a PATCHS account is you won’t need to enter your demographic details each time you make a request, & will have a record of all your past requests saved in your account for future reference.

As with any changes in technology, we know there will be hiccups along the way as we adapt to the new systems, so we kindly ask for your patience while you & we get to grips with the changes.

Our hope & our aim is for the new system to provide a smoother online experience for our patients & staff alike.
