We operate an urgent call time 11.00am to 12.00pm where patients can speak to a GP, Nurse or Pharmacist if they have an urgent issue that needs dealing with on the day.
To access urgent call time, please call us 11.00am to 12.00pm & choose main menu option 2.
For routine issues that don’t need a same-day response, please submit an online form or, if you are unable to do so, call us before 11.00am or after 12.00pm (main menu option 1 or 3) to request a telephone appointment. Our admin team will be able to complete a form on your behalf over the phone.
