NHS App

The NHS app is a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone, tablet or the web. You can use the NHS App to contact the practice, get health advice, order repeat prescriptions, manage your hospital referrals, view your GP health record and more.

You can still contact the practice by phone or in person, this is just another option that other patients have found is more convenient and saves them time.

What the NHS App does

Manage your appointments

Request an appointment with us and keep track of your future appointments at the practice or hospital. Can’t make it anymore? You can cancel using the NHS app too.

Non-clinical requests

Contact the practice for administrative requests such as feedback, fit notes, letters of support, general queries, etc.

Order repeat prescriptions

See your available medicines, request a new repeat prescription and choose a pharmacy for your prescriptions to be sent to.

Check your symptoms

Search trusted NHS information and advice on hundreds of conditions and treatments, and get instant advice or medical help near you.

View your medical record

Including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results.

Receive messages from the practice

Updates and invites from the practice will appear in your app – don’t forget to turn your notifications on!
